Nestled in the hills surrounding Castagneto Carducci, suspended between the sea of the Etruscan Coast and the village dear to the celebrated poet, lies Campo alle Comete, one of the gems I proudly collaborate with. Here, where poetry seems to have never stopped, nature paints new shades of light, scents, and silence every day.
Campo alle Comete is an excellent winery, nestled in one of Tuscany's most prized wine-producing regions. The rows of vines intertwine like lines in an ancient tale: the earth breathes, the grapes ripen slowly, and a fine, elegant wine, rich in identity, is born.
In this extraordinary place, my cuisine finds a natural home. I collaborate with the estate to create tailor-made sensory experiences:
